The Legend of the Reindeer Bells

Page 5

From that night forward, Santa could recognize each of his reindeer by the sound of their bells, even when the snow was falling so heavily that he could barely see the tips of their antlers. But the most wonderful part was that Santa, and his reindeer could finally share their thoughts, tell stories, laugh together, and understand one another in a way they never had before.

And as for those beautiful golden bells? Well, Santa’s reindeer have worn them ever since, but there is one more thing you should know. Some say that a little of the magic from those first golden bells still exists today.

And, although Santa has never said whether it's true, there is an old North Pole secret that has been whispered from one generation to the next.  A child with a heart full of Christmas magic just might hear something more than a "JINGLE" when a reindeer bell rings.

So, if you ever find yourself holding a Reindeer bell, give it a gentle shake, close your eyes, and listen very carefully. You never know which of Santa's reindeer might be trying to say hello!
